¿How do I find my driver upon my arrival at the airport or at the pick-up point?

On your arrival, once you pass Immigration, Baggage and Customs, our driver will be located outside on your right, look for your name on a sign and the company logo, if you cannot find your driver, contacts us at 1 829-689-6654.

¿What happens if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you inform us about your delayed flight, we will notify our driver at the airport to support your delayed.

¿What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Hotel pick up, your driver will always be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before, please look for your name on a sign or contacts us.

¿Can I change my pick up time?

To change your pick up time, it is always recommended 24 hrs before your departure date and of course one our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

I need a car seat for my transfer services

You just have to add when making the reservation. In the notes option you can add it and any other need you may have.
